FAQ
What does "bodywork" mean?
Bodywork is a useful
term to describe the blend of techniques I incorporate in my practice. You can see a
description of the individual styles I use on the Modalities page.
What is Ametrine?
Ametrine is a stone, one
where quartz types Amethyst and Citrine border on each other caught in
their transformation from one to the other. It represents a zone
of change, and I hold that intention for my practice as well.

How many sessions will I need to resolve my
condition?
Every person is unique, and there is no set number - minimum or maximum -
for treatment to be "complete". Many of my clients notice changes
after their first session. Regaining health is a process though, and
every person will have their own progression through that process.
A lot depends on how long the disharmonious pattern has been held, and what
your idea of health is.
Do you take insurance?
Presently the only types of insurance claims that will reliably cover
manual therapies are for Motor Vehicle Accident coverage and Personal Injury
lawsuits. I do submit for people in those situations. Others are
welcome to ask for receipts and submit to their insurance company or Health
Savings Account on their own.
What are your rates?
I charge $70 for an hour, $95 for an hour & a half. Tax is
included.
