While there are many advantages to working in person, with physical contact, there are still many benefits that can be gained from working at a distance. I prefer to use a secure video platform like Zoom that allows me to get visual feedback on what is occurring, but if you are uncomfortable with that audio conversation works too.

Assisted Body Explorations
I guide you into feeling the tension, restrictions and blockages in your body, and help you to let them go. If appropriate and acceptable to you, I also can use energy work to make it easier for you to feel, and help facilitate the releases.
